High Bounce Rate in Can't Direct Access Page

I've a question about Bounce Rate.

Bounce rate is an indicator to show how many of the users leave the landing page without going to my next page in a single-session.

But my current situation is the Page that can't access directly from the Search Engine / referral link have about 20% of bounce rate. By logically, that page should be 0% of bounce rate right?

I couldn't figure out any reason for that.
Could anyone shed some light on this?

Consider a scenario: user visits your site, stopping at the page. Then gets distracted, goes for lunch, comes back and refreshes the page., then decides to get back to work.
Google Analytics sees this as 2 sessions, the second of which was a bounce on your page.
