I am having trouble with funnel visualization showing 100% drop off after the 1st step. the funnel is very simple

homepage.com/tracking-info-from-trafficsource

homepage.com/checkout/?internal-tracking-info

homepage.com/checkout/thankyou.php?internal-tracking-info

Can someone please look into my setup and give any pointers?

Hi Vibriance S,

I don't think negative lookaheads are supported in GA Regex, so you may need to confirm that and adjust your funnels accordingly. Is that first step (Landing Page) always going to be "homepage.com/tracking-info-from-trafficsource"?

Some other pointers:
1. You need to escape your slashes and dots as per normal regex rules, so for example "/" becomes "\/", and "." becomes "\.".
2. Your destination page, if it also includes query parameters, needs to be taken into account with your regex, so for example: \/checkout\/thankyou\.php\?internal-tracking-info.
