HELP: Inaccurate Conversion Goal Data

I've also created a conversion goal, but it is not showing the correct number of goal completions.

When viewing the Acquisition > Campaigns > All Campaigns report, I am seeing a total of 155 sign ups in the past 30 days. The first UTM campaign is from Instagram which is my biggest source of traffic is only 44 signups… I cross compared via my Email Marketing Service and in the last 30 days I have had over 1000 signups so this data is wrong.

When viewing the Conversions > Goals > Goal URLs Report, I am seeing a total of 4,540 sign ups in the last 30 days. This is way too many and incredibly inaccurate. It when says there were over 900 signups in one day which is very wrong.

The Conversions > Goals > Reverse Goal Path report says the Goal Previous Step -1 is (entrance) and the Goal Previous Step -2 is (not set). There are 3,668 completions of this path in the last 30 days. Which is again, wrong.

I will go over below how I have created my Goal:

Template: Newsletter sign up

Goal type: Destination

The Goal details:

Destination: Equals to (This is my Thank You Page after a user signs up).

I also utilise a funnel: Step 1:

The users go through a confirmation page as well but I do not mention it in the funnel, is this what is causing inaccurate data? The confirmation page is seen in the image above:

When verifying, it says "This Goal would have a 7.00% conversion rate based on your data from the past 7 days. Try a different setup".

I need accurate data from Google Analytics. Why are the Goal Completions for Campaigns so low? Why is the main traffic source (not set)? How do I fix all this?

I just checked Real Time > Conversions. I opened up an existing UTM:

I went through my sales funnel and landed on the Thank You Page.

The Real Time report showed I was active but did not count the user within the goal completion data.
