Google Tag Manager Sequencing Tag Firings

I'm interested about setting up sequences in Tag manager.

Here is an example.

In GTM we have a Facebook conversion default pixel firing.

I would now like to fire an extra piece of Code "productID" to only specific conversions, but for facebook to grab that data the default pixel has to be already fired"

So if I now create a second tag. Which only has the "productID" code. but I tell GTM to "Fire a tag before "productID" Conversion fires" and point it to my Facebook conversion.

Will it fire my Facebook conversion trigger twice? and register twice in facebook?

Thought it better to post the screen shot Robot wink  The actual Facebook Pixel tag has no sequence restrictions and is also set to fire only once per page - this screen shot is a conversion tag that does have a sequence requirement.  The Facebook Pixel does indeed fire only once.
