Google Analytics contradicts the internal conversion measurement
We just launched a new product last week and I installed conversion tracking on our thank you page to measure how many people actually bought the product and how many abandoned cart.
Today I realized that analytics (that worked fine in the beginning) does not show all the conversions. In my internal tool I saw that already three products have been sold but my conversion tracker only shows one of them.
What did I do wrong and how can I make sure that the tracking really works? Does anyone know the toll free phone number to contact google?
