I have a website that I want to track how many people are usingthe wensite.  I was told google analytics would help with this.

I have pasted this in my index.html file:

<script>
(function(i,s,o,g,r,a,m){i['GoogleAnalyticsObject']=r;i[r]=i[r]||function(){
(i[r].q=i[r].q||[]).push(arguments)},i[r].l=1*new Date();a=s.createElement(o),
m=s.getElementsByTagName(o)[0];a.async=1;a.src=g;m.parentNode.insertBefore(a,m)
})(window,document,'script','//www.google-analytics.com/analytics.js','ga');

ga('create', 'UA-75765299-1', 'auto');
ga('send', 'pageview');

</script>

What else do I need to do and how do I actual see the results of this?

Thanks,

Keith D

Hi,

You need to sign in to Google Analytics at https://analytics.google.com and select a view under your property in order to see your reports. Let me know if you have more questions.
