I am using WordPress platform and Yoast SEO Plugin which is connected to Google Analytics via the tracking code.

Next I have Google Analytics Goal set up to:

I keeps rejecting my pictures so I am adding Google drive link to the 3 pics with the settings

I also added Google Tag Manager to WordPress via Insert Headers and Footers plugin.

I checked theme and plugins compatibility and those don't change a thing, the tracking doesn't work for the goals. Can someone help and let me know what I am missing? Thanx in advance Smiley Happy

Hi Kasia Z :-)
I use WordPress and I am familiar with Yoast SEO plugin. Im not understanding what you mean when you say the SEO plugin is connected to Google Analytics via the tracking code?? To the best of my knowledge the SEO plugin has nothing to do with Google Analytics from memory.

Do you have the Google Analytics tracking code installed?

Unfortunately I cannot see your linked images, as it says i need to request permission to view them.

Google Tag Manager container code does not get added via the Header or Footer in WordPress. The Container tag needs to be added just after the opening <body> tag.
The Headers and Footers plugin should be suitable for adding the Google Analytics tracking script to your site in the head section.

There is a plugin specifically for GTM

However you do not want to install the tracking via two different methods or you will have skewed data from it overcounting pageviews etc.

Are you able to give further information about the goals you are setting up to track?
