GA Sessions lesser then GWT clicks

I tired to research a lot, read a lot of articles/forums but it was not that convincing enough.

Here is the problem that i am facing,

I receive almost 50k clicks in webmaster tools but if i compare it with analytics sessions it displays a drop of almost 40% of sessions.

                                                                Google Analytics

The way i check sessions are Acquisitions> All traffic  > Channels > Organic Search

                                                   Google webmaster tools screen shot

Please help in understanding this issue....

Hi,

I think these guys have a pretty good answer

Long story short... They are two different metrics
