Flow / Path to an event page or goal

I am finding that google analytics offers many ways of visualizing the flow of traffic FROM some specific point (source, landing page, etc.). However there is a surprisingly low amount of ways to visualize flow TO a specific point (Page, Event, goal, etc.).

Essentially I want to take a page, an event, or a goal, and visualize all the routes of how traffic landed there.

1. I have looked into funnel visualization, and its seems you can only show traffic from one set path you need to establish when creating a goal.

2. I have also looked into reverse goal path, which is closer to the information I require, but it only provides information on up to 3 stages before reaching the goal. Furthermore, the platform does not even visualize this data.

I feel like this should be a relatively basic feature. Am I missing something?

Nope, you aren't missing's not there.

Closet there is: Have a look at the Behavior > Site Content > All Pages report, and click on Navigation Summary at the top of the chart. It lets you pick a current selection Page, and see traffic from and to that page.

OR if it is a goal you are trying to track back, check out the multi-channel funnel path reports.
