Hello everybody,

My eCommerce tracking code is not working properly.

Please review the following image which contains that the product Goal URL was working fine but still not getting any reflection on "Products Performance".

I have done all following settings into Google Analytics.

========================================================
Ecommerce settings
Ecoomerce set-up

Status = ON

Enable Related Products
Status = ON

Enhanced Ecommerce Settings
Enable Enhanced Ecommerce Reporting = ON

========================================================

Goal URL Report

Product Performance Report

What is the reason that product performance report not getting properly. please let me know the solutions if any.

Hi,

Did you implement enhanced ecommerce tracking on your site like described in the documentation:

https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/analyticsjs/enhanced-ecommerce

Or if you use GTM:

https://developers.google.com/tag-manager/enhanced-ecommerce

You need to do a complete implementation in order to have data in the ecommerce reports.

The settings are only for enabling the reports in the GA UI, in order to get the ecommerce data sent to Google Analytics you need to implement the tracking codes/data layers on the website. If they have been implemented correctly, you should be receiving the data.

You can use the Google Tag Assistant Chrome extension to see if the ecommerce data (product impressions, product clicks, product detail views, cart adds/removals, checkout steps, purchases) is being sent to google analytics:

Let me know if you have questions.
