Do not track "cloak" urls as pageviews in Google Analytics

I am triggering an event goal via GTM when a link is clicked. This link is cloaked (www.example.com/go/page) and redirected (www.casino.come/Register).

The problem is I see the pageviews www.example.com/go/page in the GA report. How can I not track this?

Thanks for your help!!

Hi Chris,

You could either remove the GTM script from the www.example.com/go/page or just add a blocking rule (exception) to your pageview tag to prevent it from firing on www.example.com/go/page.
