Hi,

 

 

 

I set new custom alert in order to catch drops in my subscribers from United states.

Alert conditions are:

 

Apply to: XXXXX and thank you page

periodSmiley Very Happyay

 

* Send me an email.....also include (Ido.br.....@XXX.com)

 

this applies to:country - condition:matched exactly - Value:United States

 

Alert me whenSmiley Tongueage views - condition-is less than - value 100

 

 

I don't receive any alert although I know for sure we don't have 100 page views for the "Thank you" page.

 

What can be the reason for not receiving alerts?

Hi Ido,

You set an alert for total pageviews from the US, not thank you page pageviews, correct? That is you didn't specify a custom segment - just country.
