Cross-domain and subdomain tracking

Hi all,

I have some issues to set-up the cross-domain tracking with subdomains, to see the results in my Goal Funnel.

First, I set-up my goal with a destination page, https://mywebsite2.eu/nl/home/shopping-cart NL/?bedankt=bedankt

I set-up the goal like this:

REGEX     bedankt=bedankt

Then, I set-up 3 steps for the funnel:

step 1 (required): /tickets

step 2 : /banner

step 3:  /nl/home/shopping-cart NL/$

Here are examples of these URLs per step:

step 1:

https://www.mywebsite1.eu/nl/tickets-city1/

https://www.mywebsite1.eu/nl/tickets-city2/

https://www.mywebsite1.eu/nl/tickets-city3/

step 2:

https://b.mywebsite2.eu/banner1

https://b.mywebsite2.eu/banner2

https://b.mywebsite2.eu/banner3

step 3 is always

https://mywebsite2.eu/nl/home/shopping-cart NL/

Here is my problem:

We set-up the cross-domain tracking between mywebsite1.eu and mywebsite2.eu but I'm wondering what we have to set-up in the subdomain b.mywebsite2.eu.

For the moment, we installed the same tracking as in mywebsite2.eu :

ga('create', 'UA-xxxxxxx-x', 'auto');
ga('require', 'linker');
ga('linker:autoLink', ['mywebsite1.eu'] );
ga('send', 'pageview');

But we do not see any data after the first step. It seems that the tracking start a new session after the step 1 and I can't see the traffic from the step 1 to the step 2,3 and final goal in the same funnel.

Do you know if we are doing anything wrong with the tracker?

Thanks in advance!
