Changing my websites URL and getting Google Analytics to correlate

Hi,

I have recently changed my website name from lowerleaguescout.com to footballleaguescout.com. However when I go into my wordpress and look at the 'General Settings' in the google analytics plugin it still says lowerleaguescout.com (see below). How can I change this?

Default URL:	http://www.lowerleaguescout.com

 Thanks in advance

Hi,

First, if you check your HTML source code or apply a debugger like Google Tag Assistant [1] you see that there are two instances of your Google Analytics tracking code that should be avoided normally.

I don't know what kind of special Analytics plug-ins you're using in Wordpress. However, you might consider to just inserting the relevant Google Analytics code into the standard header and footer plug-in in WordPress [1].

Default URL usually is configured in your Analytics view settings instead.
