Hello,

I am facing problem with my client website. The website having 0% bounce rate for almost all pages. I am using Tag Manager tracking code in my website.

If I deactivate "Product Details" event throught GTM the bounce rate works fine. I think the data layer has a misconfiguration.

The Website Url Here.

Thank you.

Hi :-)

Events are interaction hits by default, which means they do affect bounce rate.

Need to set Non-Interaction Hit to True for the event

Thank you for your reply.

Does it mean that I have to set up all enhanced ecommerce events (purchase, impressions, details, add to cart, remove from cart, ...) with non-interaction hit to true?

Because I use this kind of event in dozens ecommerce but only in one it reduces bounce rate.

Thank you in advance Smiley Wink
