Bing revenue tracking

Hi all,

We have tracked the bing revenue in GA but I am not sure it is the correct number. The sales in bing account is always higher than the GA source/medium report. For example, the revenue in bing's UI is showing 90%+ higher last month than the number in GA. Dose anyone know why the revenue is so different between bing UI and GA?

Hi Alicia,

Just to clarify: How do you track sales revenues in your Bing account? Where is the data coming from - from Google Analytics or another tracking tool? Do you use Bing cost-data import into Google Analytics [1,2]?

Hi Christoph,

We are using the UET tag tracking code for bing revenue and put the tracking code on the site as well. https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6205762?hl=en

Alicia,

In your Conversion Goal try Count = Unique if you haven't already tried.

Historically, I have found a lot of reverberation with Bings tracking code.

Are your Conversion counts reconciling between GA and Bing platform?

Are you using multiple Conversion goals in Bing that are aggregating in the Bing platform numbers?
