Attribution Issues for Magento Site with Classic Analytics + Enhanced Ecommerce Settings Turned On

Recently, Google Analytics Ecommerce Tracking has been inconsistent in reporting sales from Adwords. I am wondering if having the Classic Analytics code site and having Enhanced Ecommerce Settings turned on in GA Admin might be causing some type of issue. I know that Enhanced Ecommerce only works with Universal, so could the fact that it is turned on with Classic Analytics be messing the data up in any way?
