Assisted conversion in Google analytics

My question is - If a visitor comes to a site through organic seo, leaves the site. Then he visits the site through adwords. And finally converts through direct visit.  Then what will be assisted channels and is conversion attributed to direct visit.

Hi Atul S

Since google analytics attibution model defaults to last non-direct attribution the conversion will be attrubuted to adwords and the organic would appear as the assist.

Best Regards

'Star' or 'Accept as Solution' if it helped.

Oren is spot on when dealing with standard reporting though when looking at the MCF part yet:
A) If you look at the MCF reports if direct was last then direct will be reported as the last click / direct channel attributed for conversions
B) If you look at attribution part of the reports then it highly depends on which attribution model you choose which makes direct count or not

Kind regards,
