Hello,

Google Analytics is not tracking our Ecommerce transactions. I have turned the settings on and still nothing. We run Woocommerce through our site, and the tracking snippet has been added to the header. If anyone can help me with this please let me know.

Thanks

Hi,

You need to install additional tracking code in order to track ecommerce transactions.
I'd recommend setting up Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager and using the excellent GTM plugin from DuracellTomi https://wordpress.org/plugins/duracelltomi-google-tag-manager/
The plugin has Woocommerce integration for both classic and enhanced ecommerce. Please find the instructions here: https://duracelltomi.com/google-tag-manager-for-wordpress/how-to-articles

Also check the document below for the GA installation via GTM:
https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6163791?hl=en

If you install Google Analytics via GTM you will need to remove the tracking snippet from the header.

Let me know if you have questions.
