  1. We have a checkout process where an user can in some situations can jump to step2. In this case in Product List Performance the Product Checkouts remains 0.How can we fix this ?

  2. If we send the products in cart at each checkout step the Product Checkout is incremented every time. Is it normal ? In the Checkout Behaviour is only one.

1. While creating the 1st step of the funnel do not switch the “required” button to “yes.” and it will make the step optional

Hi Ciprian,

Some options:
1. backfill the 1st step with an event if there was no actual step 1 included in the EE?
2. create some support which will send the products only once?

make sure that the first filter on your ecommerce setting is not required for it will not really record anything because it needs to fulfill two requirements.
