Ajax + Goal tracking

Hi,

I already set up the goal in my google analytics account, my goals are the submittion of different forms, and these forms are submitted through Ajax.

The way in which I am tracking the goal is through a JavaScript line in the ajax:

ga('send', 'event', 'Contact Form', 'Contact Form')

The problem I have is that even though this line is executed without error in the analytics's website is not registered as a goal but as an event. This being, I go to Convertions->Goals nothing appears, but if I go to Behavior->Events I see the record of the event being executed on my website.

Why is that is not showing this event as a goal?

Thanks

Hi,

Are you goal settings match the event details?

Arnold,

Thanks for the quick response.

I did set up the goals but still they don't appear in the section on
conversions.

Any other idea?

Thanks
