one domain - multiple properties

I have 2 properties, one for mydomain.com (property1)  and one for mydomain.com AMP pages (property2) .

Not all mobile pages are AMP ready, so a mobile user will jump from property1 to property2 as they browse the site.

1. Is this artificially raising my bounce rate?

2. Will this higher bounce rate affect my seo / page rank for the Amp pages?

(1) No.
(2) No, because of course (1) and Google does not use GA data for ranking (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CgBw9tbAQhU)

However, moving between AMP and non-AMP is not an optimal experience - see Google's assumed scenarios here: https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/amp-analytics/client-id
