Click on Advanced - for the advanced filter option. Then use the Begins With operator with the following pattern:

nl

This tells GA to output only values that begin with nl.

Hello

you can try this:

  1. click on the "advanced" link next to the filtering search bar
  2. select "Matching RegExp" in the match type field
  3. Insert "^nl" as a value for the match
  4. Click on "Apply"
