Hi!

I just signed up, so I'm not sure if this is the correct board to be placing this on. Here's what's going on.  I signed up yesterday and got the basics set up.  A few hours later I went to "realtime" then "overview" and it worked fine. When I came back in a few hours later I got this error message and am still seeing it this morning when trying to go view "realtime" "overview".  (see screen shot)  Does anyone know what is causing this? Thank you in advance!

Hi @Christine M :-)

Have you tried logging out and clearing your browser cache and cookies, and then retrying?

Thank you for your response.  Per your advice, I just tried clearing everything out and also restarted my computer.  No change... still getting the message.  I'm wondering it it's something on google's end.  Is there a way to contact them?

Usually (but not always) if the problem is at google's side, you will see a HUGE number of ppl all posting around the same time about the same issue with the exact same error msg.

Couple of thoughts..
1) Do you have more than one email address associated with your google account? If so then you must be logged in via the same email address that was in use when you created the Google Analytics account.

2) Have you tried using a different browser to see if the issue still exists

3) Have you considered doing a firefox refresh, this sometimes also helps to resolve issues

4) Do you use any browser addons such as adaware, ublock, adblocker etc? If so, temporarily try disabling them to see if it resolves the issue.

Hi @wakemo c

this is the analytics solution community.

I'm going to try and move your post over to Adwords Billing section of the community.

Thanks

Bronwyn
