a part of a search term containing ampersand is missing.

If a user searched "Bang & Olufsen" in my site, I should be reported that someone searched "Bang & Olufsen". But Google Analytics Search Terms reports me it just as "Bang". Words after ampersand and ampersand itself are completely missing. How can I get reported full search terms?

& is encoded as %26 in the query parameter.

 Thank you for your help!

You can try with, search replace filter for Page dimension.

replace & with space or hyphen.

Is there a specific reason that a replacement is required? I do want to monitor the exact terms users have entered.

Got an answer from adwords support team.

I understand that the search terms containing an ampersand (&) are not correctly being reported in your Analytics account.
This is happening because Analytics is decoding the URL before it extracts the search term.
Therefore, for the decoded URL, Analytics considers that the ampersand icon is the beginning of a new URL parameter.
As a result, it does not report it as part of the search term.
This is a technical limitation of the product, and I don't see many ways that we could work around this yet.
