Wierd endings on page links

Hi guys,

I have this website called http://karensuniverse.com and it's setup with both Google Search Console and Analytics as well.

Please be aware that I'm no Analytics expert in anyway so this might be a stupid question Smiley Happy

So when I go here:
Behavior > Site Content > All pages

To see which pages get the most hits etc, then in the end of all links i find this "/karensunivere.com"

Can anyone tell me what that is or where it may come from?

This is not a valid link, address, name or anything, the website is "karensuniverse.com" and the one above is missing the letter "s". Nonetheless it's shown on all page links and I can't seem to figure out why.

I've have searched through all files on my ftp server in order to try and locate it somewhere, but no luck. I have also tried to skim through the website using firebug in firefox trying to locate "karensunivere.com" anywhere - but I come up with absolutely nothing.

See attached image as well.

Please help!

Thanks in advance

Best regards,
Ronni

Hi Ronni,
There is no issue in your report & it is perfect. Now I'm coming to your question

In Behavior > Site Content > All pages

**The pages visited, listed by URI. The URI is the portion of a page's URL following the domain name; for example, the URI portion of www.example.com/contact.html is /contact.html.***

Hope this helps.

Thanks

Hi Ronni,

Please check your View Settings under Admin -> View. Make sure the "Default page" field is empty. If you have your domain entered there, it is getting appended to the URIs in the reports.

Hi Santosh,

Thanks for your reply!

Okay that makes sense, but in my case this portion "karensunivere.com" does not exist anywhere on my website to my knowledge - so I don't understand where this information comes from?

It would make sense if it were a page on my website but it's not in this case, that is what confuses me.
