What is '?cs_pgIsInLView=1' in a report after a URL

In my reports, I sometimes see a duplicate URL with '?cs_pgIsInLView=1'  at the end of the URL. What does this mean and how do I eliminate it? I tried excluding  the query parameters, but that didn't work.

Each URL shows a different number of pageviews. In the above example, pageviews=550 and 26 respectively.

Thanks for any advice you can provide.

This looks like a page parameter in your web site, check to see if you have a second view of your page perhaps one that shows contributions made to a page, membership of your site, or metrics. It could be anything but your best bet would be to contact your web developer and see what they are using the added pararmeter for. Not sure I would eliminate it from my reports until I fully understood what it is used for.
