Weird counting of unique events in Google Analytics

Hello, everyone.

I would like to hear your opinions about the way Google Analytics counts unique events.

Lately I saw that in my reports http://prntscr.com/cfz8oc. The sum is almost twice less, then if you counted manually.

Even worse, this discrepancy is figured out only when splitting event reoirts by labels.
