Website getting more views in other towns[ Edited ]

Im quite concerned whenever i check on google analytics where my website get most of its views, it always shows results of a town over 20 miles away as being the highest, ie It shows Langford at 52% and my hometown of bedford (UK) at 2.3%.
My website is not tweaked to this town or area, i have spoke to my web hosting company they dont have a clue , how can i change it to Bedford so i get my website more focused on my hometown ?

Geo reports in GA are at the mercy of how accurate the geo location data is from the ISP. More here (including mapping your own regions, but I've never attempted this): https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6160484?hl=en
