What you are viewing is the real time content report .. the page being / which is generally the homepage of the site being tracked.. and the supposed page title which doesnt look like a legit page title..

to see the source/medium info change to the real time > traffic sources report.

After doing a search on google, I'm going to say this is spam data as the lifehacker url is not legit.
From your screenshot the url in the title is being reported as lifehacKer.com with an uppercase K not lifehacker.com

Two articles about it and how to deal with it:

Hi :-)
Can you please edit your post to remove the link to the spam website. If you click the 3 dots at the upper right of the relevant post, it should provide an option to edit the post.
(They are spammers so why possibly give them more traffic?)

Filters can take up to 2hrs to have an affect on real time reporting. and up to 24-48hrs to show an affect in standard reports. If you also read the 2nd article i linked to, you may find another field is better to filter out the rubbish such as the language field instead.
