Hi, when I export my analytics as reports, the 'user' figure is almost double the number that I can see on my dashboard. Why would there be such a difference?

The User number is unique users for the time period. In the dashboard, it is reported as a single number. In the export, it would be reported per day. If a user visits multiple days, he would be counted multiple times is all you do is add the numbers up. The dashboard does not show that total - it shows the unique users for the period, de-duplicated.
