Users +12% MoM but pageviews down -2% over same period - how to explain?

First post, be gentle!

I'm trying to determine why, if my users are up +12% from last month but during the same period my pageviews are down -2%.  Where would be some good places to start in GA to determine what's happening? I looked at Content Drilldown and there isn't really anything there that's jumping at.

Thanks,

JU

First, don't get hung up on percentages, especially with low volume websites.

Next, look at what all those users are doing -- landing page sessions and pages/session. Compare your 2 time periods. Users are not sessions, but it should give you some clues.
