Unable to print to PDF

An Error Has Occurred

This happens when I try to print to PDF from a selected landing page. i.e. Analytics / Behavior / Landing Pages / select a page / print the report / get the error. I've tried this for a couple of days now, and consistently get the error. I can print the base Landing Pages report, however. I could print to Excel, but then I don't get the graphs. Is this just me, or do others also see this error?

Hey Colorado,

 

You found a bug.  Smiley Happy  I also get same from that same drilldown.  Other locations I can export to pdf no problemo.

 

Quick workaround is select email instead of export.  Then select pdf and once for the frequency.  I just tested and this method works fine.

Hello,

This appears to be happening again except that the PDF has garbled information. I'm using a Mac running OS 10.13.4 and Google Chrome version 66.0.3359.181.
