URL tagging no longer tracked[ Edited ]

Over the past couple days, all of my tagged URLs (e,g, ?source=ytv) for different sources (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, Google AdWords) are no longer being captured by Analytics. I have checked my activity in AdWords and it shows 6 clicks during the "blackout period" and in the past I have not had a discrepancy in AdWords clicks to page landings.
