Total number of New Users + Returning Users is higher than All Users for a lifetime period

Hi,

 

I have pulled the data for the lifetime of my website and have the attached data.

 

How does it come that the total number of new users and returning users is much higher than all users, even my date range is the lifetime of the website?

If a new user visits your site and returns, they are included as both a New and Returning user.
