I exported Sessions, Users and PageViews data for 1 week.

The total amount of Users is not same with the chart result.

Only total amount of Sessions and PageViews same with the chart result.

May I know why the total amount of users in excel file is not same with sessions in chart?

Hi United D,

Usually the dataset is broken down by day; so if you are attempting to add those up and compare it to what was shown on the scorecard in the UI, you will not -- in most cases -- ever get the same amount.

This is expected. If you export a report that covers a 3 day range; and I was the only user that visited your site, and I did it each day in the range; the UI would show 1 user and the export would have each day with 1 user.

User counts are calculated on the fly based on the date range you select.
