Sudden drop in page views (to zero) on two high traffic sales pages

I have two different WordPress sites, and I put the GA code to the footer widget. Suddenly all of the reports of the two drop to 0. I have re-pasted the codes from my account, checking the filters, etc. They should work properly.

The sites are lyminhnhat.com and lightninged.cards. If you don't have much time, then please prioritize the latter. Here is the code from it:

<script>
  (function(i,s,o,g,r,a,m){i['GoogleAnalyticsObject']=r;i[r]=i[r]||function(){
  (i[r].q=i[r].q||[]).push(arguments)},i[r].l=1*new Date();a=s.createElement(o),
  m=s.getElementsByTagName(o)[0];a.async=1;a.src=g;m.parentNode.insertBefore(a,m)
  })(window,document,'script','https://www.google-analytics.com/analytics.js','ga');

  ga('create', 'UA-67467499-2', 'auto');
  ga('require', 'linkid');
  ga('send', 'pageview');
  ga('set', 'userId', {{USER_ID}}); // Set the user ID using signed-in user_id.

</script>

Hi,

The tracking code seems to be working on lyminhnhat.com. You have the tracking code included twice on lightninged.cards. You need to have a single instance of the tracking code ideally placed in the head section of the page. Do you have an unfiltered view to check if you're getting data there?

Thanks Arnold for your fast reply. Even the code is working on
lyminhnhat.com, I still haven't received the data yet. Unfortunately I just
have created a non-filtered view, so there is no data at the moment. I have
two current filters applied on both two properties. One excludes the
request URI with the pattern
pogodny|monetizationking|free-share-buttons|kiwi237|, and one excludes
traffic from the IP address that is equal to 113.172.14.71
I have also deactivated a plugin that take GA report inside the admin panel
of lightninged.cards. Can you check it again? Thanks.

Hi,

Excluding the request URI with that pattern will exclude all the data because of the trailing "|". Please remove it, it should resolve the issue.

On lightninged.cards you need to remove the line below, it breaks the tracking code and no data is being sent to GA:
ga('set', 'userId', {{USER_ID}}); // Set the user ID using signed-in user_id.
The best would be re-activating the GA plugin and removing the snippet from the footer. Let me know when you made change and I'll check it again for you.

I have done what you said. Can you check it again? One thing I'm worry here
is that in the plugin page, the data keeps loading. I'm not sure if it
works or not.

Hi,

The tracking tags are sending data now from both sites, i don't see the attached image unfortunately. Are you receiving data in GA now?
