Strange URLs in Google Analytics

Hi, everyone!

I've been retrieving GA reports for the past few months and have noticed strange URLs beginning to appear and then seemingly wanting to take over all of the valid URLs. I searched online but then the solutions that I see tells me to edit our domain name. That's a required field in our profile thought, so I have these questions:

1. Why is this happening?

2. How do I clean our reports to not show these URLs?

3. Is it possible to block things like these from ever showing up again?

Here's a sample:

Thank you very much for all your help!

@Bridge M

check this topic https://www.en.advertisercommunity.com/t5/Referral-Spam-Traffic/Simple-way-to-exclude-spam-referral-...

1. Because it's SPAM, and you have to fight with them.

2. You can use https://loganix.net/rst-lander/ too.

3. Point 1 and 2.

But, remember that you can block these bots in your .htaccess
