Hello Everyone,

So basically this is a screenshot (taken 6 months ago) of my reports before 2017:

2017 early.jpe

2017 early a.jpe

This is the screenshot of the same period taken today of my reports before 2017:

2017 late.JPG2017 late a.JPG

I don't understand how old statistics increased? I have not changed anything in my google analytics settings.

I appreciate any guidance ... Thank you!!!!!

Hi Yazan,

Well you have a segment applied but the same users should be included even with sampling but I would not rule that out completely as a cause.

User calculations have changed recently...

In early 2017, Google Analytics began updating the calculation for the Users and Active Users metrics to more efficiently count users with high accuracy and low error rate (typically less than 2%). The metrics are available across your standard reports. Properties may notice a small difference in user count from the previous calculation method
