Some pages returning zero for average page load time in GA reports

When I look at the average page load times of individual pages on the 'Site Speed Suggestions' report, some are coming back as zero seconds, even though the page views for those pages are a reasonable sample size. I can't really find any definitive advice on the web for what to do. Any ideas what the problem might be here? or how to solve it?

Mark are you doing any server side caching of pages for your website. When I view that same report the only pages with a 0.00 Average Page Load Time are high traffic pages that I have set up with caching. This majkes my page loads extremely quick because they reside in memory.

One other possibilty that I can think of is these could be "Ghost Refferals" the page load times of zero seconds is a good indicator of this type of activity.
