Hey Chetna,

Have you added the query parameters that your site is using for search ? . Google analytics strip those parameters values from url, in-order to populate site search reports.

Hi Chetna,

This looks correct, you will have to wait for data to arrive in google analytics. It takes upto 24hours for data to be correctly populated in analytics reports.

Hope things work fine for you and if not please let us know

Cheers
Noman Karim

Are you checking in right property: UA-5036253-3 ?

Also make sure no filters are applied to the GA view.

Hey Chetna,
Have you enabled these settings under
Admin tab > Click View > View Settings
Scroll to the bottom, where you’ll find ‘Site Search Settings’
Click the button so that its setting is ‘On’
In query parameters you would write
searchQuery
After this save these settings

This is how it should look.

if you have added searchQuery in Exclude URL Query Parameters please remove it from there.

Also can you see the below page with parameters in your all pages report
Behavior > Site Content > All Pages.
https://go.empowerconnect.com/ClinicientUnifiedSearch?searchQuery=Help

Can you send me a screenshot of the your site search settings.

Hey Chetna,

Query parameter should be stripped out of the url after the day you enabled site search settings.

Are you looking at previous data because site search will start tracking for data after you've enabled it. the data before would remain as it is.

Is there anything in the site search report>
Behaviour > Site Search > Overview (edited)

After looking at the screenshot i think you are still looking at the old reports, old reports won't change after enabling site search. please check for the new reports

hope you are getting the things

cheers
