Site Search Google Analytics Not working for WordPress

 Hi,

I have site search enabled for Google Analytics.  We use the native WordPress search functionality.  My queries display as the below URL:

https://www.bettercloud.com/monitor/?s=wow

I am not getting anything populating in my report though.  This seams easy enough to set up, but I am having trouble.  Please help.

Please see screenshots for admin set up and report.

Thanks,

Mike

Sorry, guess there is no ability to attach screenshots,

In the admin section, I have a s as my query parameter.

Hi Mike,

Do you have this kind of configuration?

Hi Mike,

Did you set this up today or a couple of weeks/months ago? Smiley Happy

Hi Taavi,

We have had it set up like that since April.

Does anyone have a go to agency or consultant who could determine what the issue is? Or any other solutions?

Thanks,
Mike

Hi Mike :-)
Do you have any filters applied to the View.
Also in the reports under Behaviour > Site Search > Usage, if you select the date range from April 01 up to the current day, does it display data for
Visits without Search?

I do have filters, but it basically just removes any internal traffic. Even when I check the raw data (no fitlers), I still have 0 site search hits.

I checked the usage report, and it displays all our sessions have Visits Without Site Search. That is impossible though, because I did use the feature a couple of days ago.
