Sequence segments issue

Hi there,

We have a website where we capture emails for a waitlist.

I'm trying to create a segment which identifies users that have signed up (this triggers a signup event), and are coming back to the page at a later stage, potentially to re-target them asking them to share our message as they seem very interested.

I have created the following segment, but it doesn't seem to get that the user must've come back to the site only AFTER having signed up.

It's showing me users whose last sessions was the signup event, where I want users that have signed up, and have come back at LATER SESSIONS.

Any ideas? Thank you!

I do not think that is possible GA is very PII protective and their users are assigned a unique identifier randomly by GA that I believe is stored in the cookie. So when you come back it knows who your random user id is but even that can be deleted so that each visit thinks you are new.
