Search console clicks apparently showing as direct/none in Acquisition report

OK, I've seen this question in reverse, with explanations for why Search Console doesn't show as many clicks as Google Analytics organic search, but not the other way around. For the past 28 days, Search Console shows me 632 clicks. For the same period, Google Analytics / Acquisition / Source/Medium shows 668 (direct)/(none), but only 14 google/organic. Since thousands of page views are reported, it would seem that the pages have the proper javascript, and it is located in the header of each page, so it shouldn't be a latency issue. But the data in Analytics seems totally misleading, implying that we are not getting hardly any organic clicks, whereas Search Console tells a much more believable story. Any ideas?

In search console, are these clicks for specific file types (pdf, xls, doc, etc)?
