Scheduled reports not saving

Good afternoon!


I have a user that is experiencing issues with the creation of Scheduled Reports.


When she creates them and saves them, the "loading" message appears quickly and goes away. The scheduled report window stays and nothing happens. You can keep pressing save and nothing happens.


The interesting thing is that they work when she selects "Once" rather than "daily, weekly", etc.


She currently has one report saved that is working. She created that one a long time ago.


We have tried multiple browsers and computers.


We would really appreciate help from the experts Smiley Happy

This seems weird.


She should contact Google Analytics official support because it seems like it's a bug.
