Saved Google search urls and Search keywords in GA

We are seeing some keywords in our GA for Organic Search which doesn't generate any search results to our site anymore. For the reason, we think that someone has saved or bookmarked the search url from when those keywords used to generate the result and now they have been using the saved link to access our site which is causing our GA  to track those old keywords as searched keywords.

Could this be possible? If yes how should this be handled so we do not get false/wrong search keywords in our GA.

If I came to your site 3 years ago from a Google search and the keyword was "widget"; as long as I come back to your site directly (typing in the URL, etc) at least once every 6 months from the same device; you will always see that I came from Google and the Keyword was "widget". Direct visits NEVER overwrite stored campaign data.

Hope that helps,
