Reporting - Removing Standard Fields / Columns

I need to create a monthly reports to share with various people within my company; however, I want to limit what they view so it doesn't spark too many questions etc. This will be a reoccurring report each month, so i set it up as a Shortcut but want to remove unnecessary fields such as "average time on page, enterences, bounce rate, %exit, and page value" that are standard to the reporting list. (photo attached).  How can I strip out this unnecessary information so they do not see it with the ability still for me to export it as a PDF to them each month?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

How about creating a dashboard in Data Studio? that way you control the elements you present and share
