Report on Enhanced Link Attribution

I currently have Enhanced Link Attribution enabled. 

 

However, I want to have automated reports on which element users are clicking on from the homepage - as opposed to manually comparing time periods in In-Page Analytics. 

 

Is there any way to access/export/query the linkID that's being recorded for In-Page Analytics? 

There doesn't seem to be a dimension or metric this gets recorded in by GA. 

 

It seems like something most people would find a lot of value from?   I suppose one method is Event Tracking for every element.
