Redundant Hostnames For a Website I don't Own

Hello, I noticed in my Google Analytics that I had a 'Redundant Hostname' error.  The weird thing is, it's for a website I never heard of, own, nor associate with.  Not sure why this is.  Any help on this?

On a side-note, I also noticed an upsurge in website cloaking where they basically mirror your website, then once you click on a 'link' it redirects you to a third party website.  They are also ranking at times.  I wonder if this has anything to do with it?

I am not sure I am following..
According to my Google Analytics, I got the 'Redundant Hostnames' for these two websites:
kishinevpogrom.com
www.kishinevpogrom.com

I don't own those websites....so how is that happening?
