Hi Allan,

display channel usually pops up when you start running display campaigns - in adwords case it is on Google Display Network (GDN). So in short check your AdWords campaign to confirm if there are any display campaigns active.

Hi Allan,

both display and search campaign in this case are AdWords campaigns yet these are distributed in different mediums - search is most commonly from search engine results while display is from sites which show google ads (which are a part of Google Display Network + some more).
